Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
FET App is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation.
This policy sets out the standards, prohibited conduct, and enforcement measures that
apply to everyone who uses our services. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward
child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
1.Age Restriction
Our services are intended for adults only and are not directed to anyone under
18 years of age. No one under 18 may create an account, provide personal information,
or otherwise use our services.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will
delete that information and terminate the associated account without delay. If you
believe a minor is using our services, or you suspect a violation of this policy, contact
us at [email protected].
2.Prohibited Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or interaction
that facilitates, promotes, or involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
-
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that sexualizes or
exploits a minor, including images, videos, audio, text, links, or references to such material.
-
Grooming: Any attempt to befriend, manipulate, coerce, or build trust with
a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation, whether online or offline.
-
Sexualization of Minors: Content that depicts, encourages, normalizes, or
promotes the sexual abuse or sexualization of children, including simulated, drawn, or
computer-generated depictions.
-
Sextortion: Threatening, blackmailing, or coercing a minor using their
intimate images or the threat of sharing such images.
-
Child Trafficking: Soliciting, advertising, arranging, or facilitating the
commercial sexual exploitation of a minor.
-
Predatory Behavior: Any sexual, romantic, or otherwise predatory contact
directed at a person known or believed to be a minor.
Any attempt to engage in the conduct above results in immediate account termination and
may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations.
3.Content Moderation & Reporting
To detect and prevent CSAE violations, we maintain the following safeguards:
-
Proactive moderation: We combine automated detection with human review to
identify and remove prohibited content.
-
In-app reporting: Users can report suspicious or inappropriate content and
behavior directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly and acted on.
-
Law enforcement collaboration: We meet our legal obligations and report
confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where
applicable, to relevant regional authorities.
4.Compliance with Child Safety Laws
We adhere to all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:
-
Immediate action on CSAM: Verified CSAM is removed and reported to the
appropriate authorities.
-
Bans and legal action: Users who violate this policy are permanently banned
and may face legal consequences.
-
Ongoing compliance: We regularly review and update our policies to reflect
evolving laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
5.Child Safety Point of Contact
We maintain a dedicated child safety representative to ensure swift action on CSAE-related
reports and concerns. To report an issue, contact us at

6.Our Ongoing Commitment

Uluslararası hukuk ve Alman, Genç İnsanları Koruma Kanunu (JuSchG) da dahil olmak üzere gençleri koruma hukuk uyarınca, hangi rızanın geçerli olduğunu belirleyen maddi hükümlere oldukça önem veriyoruz. Genel ilke, bizlerin –sağlayıcı olarak- kendi içeriğimizi değerlendirmemiz ve gençlerin korunması amaçlarıyla içeriğin potansiyel alakasını sınıflandırmamızdır. Bu değerlendirme temelinde, çocukların ve etkilenen yaş grubundaki(gruplarındaki) ergenlerin bahsedilen içeriği görmemelerine ve bunu sitemiz sistemindeki özel yaş doğrulamasıyla sağlamaya özen gösteriyoruz.
