Worth while
Overall this app is great, I just only wish that you could preview more and weren’t graded on how quickly you respond. Some people have families, job, etc. which makes response time a little longer and than normal . That make it hard to be active everyday which shouldn’t be a reflection on how we are are a “couple” or “individuals” also I wish that there was an option to create a profile as a couple which would provide clear guidelines on what we’re looking for versus what’s on the app which is mostly “single people” or “one person who’s looking to explore beyond their partners”.
This app is sub par
I could write a novel on the inadequacies of this app. They “match” you with accounts that are inactive (most matches) or accounts that are 100+ miles away. The accounts that they suggest for you in the “members rear you” section are sometimes 5000+ miles away. Most are not within 100. Mind you I live in a city of over a million residents. It’s not like I’m rural. Many of the new member accounts are immediately flagged so you can’t message them until they are “reviewed” two women I know personally IRL have had their accounts flagged and deleted as suspicious so that’s probably partly why the app is a ghost town. Once you send one message to someone you are restricted until they message you back so you better be certain you’ve said what you want to say and that it doesn’t require follow up. There’s a number of things I can go on about but just know this app leaves A LOT to be desired is an understatement. Oh and If you buy points to highlight a message it’ll still tell you not enough points. It just does it randomly even if you have sufficient points. The icing on the cake is at the top they have a survey you can click on that says “tell us how we’re doing” and when you click on it. Instead of linking to the survey they liked to the survey THEY completed so it takes you to a page that says “great now you’ve completed a survey make one of your own” it’s quite literally the perfect example of everything wrong with this app.
Be careful or you could be banned
I was enjoying my chats on here but I was banned. I asked a simple question about whether or not I could link to another site in my profile. They banned me for asking a question to the welcomer in my private chat. The reason I asked is because I have a lot more pics than just the ones I’d share during chat. I didn’t want all my pics to be on Fet because you are re-routed to their website for certain ones. I was trying to overcome body-shame and maybe I went overboard with the exhibitionism and desire to connect. But honestly, without beautiful pictures of bodies these apps can’t stay in their business. There’s no need to draw lines about where someone is allowed to put their own body’s image, on one website or more. I didn’t share any links to any other websites that had photos of me - I asked the leaders, and instead of being told “No you can’t do that here” I was banned without a word about it. I wasn’t sure if this was the only reason - the “Upgrade” button was still coming up each time I tried to access content. I pretty much made it three days before I was banned. If you enjoyed chatting, thank you, you were all very beautiful. Those few of you I interacted with a lot - you helped me on my healing journey.
